Use this page to request deletion of your Telead Services app account.

Telead Services users can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to teleadservice@gmail.com with the subject:

Delete my Telead Services account

Include the following information so we can verify the account:

• Your registered phone number
• Your registered email address, if one is linked to your account
• Your full name or display name
• Whether the account is a customer account, provider account, or both

What Will Be Deleted

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Telead Services account, including account profile data, provider profile data, device notification tokens, and user content that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal and safety obligations.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legitimate reasons, including legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment records, moderation records, backups, and enforcement of our Terms and Conditions.

Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
