Telead Services Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Telead Services collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the Telead Services mobile application. Telead Services is operated by Lloyd Glen, registered in Guyana under the name TELE-AD SERVICES.
This policy applies to the Telead Services app on iOS (App Store, bundle ID com.telead.services) and Android (Google Play, package name com.telead.services).

Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the app, and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Account and Profile Information
- Phone number
- Email address
- Full name or display name
- Password or authentication credentials handled through our authentication provider
- Account role, such as customer or provider
- Selected ward or service area
- Business name, provider bio, services offered, and profile photo if you create a provider profile
- Subscription or account status, such as provider pro or marketplace pro status
Listings, Marketplace, and User Content
- Product or service names, categories, prices, descriptions, photos, and videos
- Business and service information that you choose to publish
- Reports submitted about providers, including reason and optional details
- Messages sent through in-app chat, including sender, receiver, message content, timestamps, read status, and related metadata
Content that you publish as a provider or seller may be visible to other app users.
Authentication and Communications
- Phone numbers for one-time password delivery
- OTP delivery status, such as whether a code was sent by WhatsApp or SMS
- Device push notification tokens
- Notification payload data, such as message or account notification routing data
Payments and Subscriptions
If you buy or restore a subscription, payment and entitlement information may be processed by Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Billing (Android), and RevenueCat. Telead Services may receive subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, transaction events, and app user identifiers needed to provide paid features. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers in the app.
Device, Diagnostics, and Usage Information
- Device push notification token and platform
- App errors, crash reports, performance traces, and diagnostic context
- Profile view events, such as which signed-in user viewed a provider profile
- App usage events needed to operate features and protect the service
The app does not request GPS location permission. Wards or service areas are selected by users and are used to show relevant providers and listings.
How We Use Information
- Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts
- Send OTP codes by WhatsApp or SMS
- Operate provider profiles, customer profiles, product listings, service discovery, reports, and in-app chat
- Show relevant providers, products, and service areas
- Send push notifications for chat messages and account updates
- Process subscriptions, restore purchases, and manage paid feature access
- Review, moderate, approve, reject, or remove profiles, services, products, and reports
- Maintain app security, prevent fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations
- Diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve app reliability
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information.
- With other app users: Provider profiles, product listings, business details, photos, videos, service areas, and other information you publish may be visible to users of the app. Messages are visible to the sender and receiver.
- With service providers: We use trusted service providers to operate the app, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and backend functions; Twilio and WhatsApp for OTP delivery; Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications; RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscriptions; and Sentry for crash and performance diagnostics.
- For legal, safety, and enforcement reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate misuse, to enforce our terms, or to respond to lawful requests.
- During business changes: If Telead Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a replacement policy.

These providers may process information such as phone numbers, authentication identifiers, device tokens, transaction identifiers, diagnostic data, and message delivery information as needed to provide their services.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including authenticated access, role-based database access controls, secure backend services, and encrypted network connections where supported by our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
- Account and profile information is generally kept while your account is active.
- Published listings, photos, videos, reports, and chat messages may remain until deleted, removed through moderation, or no longer needed.
- Device notification tokens may be removed when you sign out or when they become invalid.
- Payment and subscription records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and subscription management.
- Diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited period by our diagnostic providers.
Deletion and Privacy Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting teleadservice@gmail.com.
To request account deletion, email us from the email address associated with your account, or include your registered phone number so we can verify the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless we need to retain certain information for legal, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business reasons.
Deleting an account may remove access to profiles, listings, messages, subscriptions, and other app features. Some content already shared with other users, transaction records, moderation records, backups, or legal records may be retained where permitted or required.
User Choices
- Edit profile details in the app where supported
- Delete product listings where supported
- Choose whether to grant notification permission
- Sign out to remove the current device notification token where supported
- Contact us to request account or data deletion
Children's Privacy
Telead Services is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International Processing
Telead Services is operated from Guyana, and our service providers may process information in other countries. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
